If your query is related to erratic software operation, please provide the following
information:

- Version number of the software product you are using.
- Version number of Microsoft Internet Explorer and update packages installed (to find out this information, click Help/About item in the Internet Explorer menu);
- Version number of Windows and update packages installed (you can find out this information through properties of the "My Computer" item on the desktop or the "System" item in the Control Panel);
- Please try to provide as much information as possible so that our experts could repeat your error in the lab.
